  • How many days before my delivery arrives?
    3-5 working days (Saturday included).
  • Will my location affect ETA of delivery?
    Since we are based in Quezon City, we collate all orders on a given area. This way it will be more efficient for our riders and the exposure of the gelato in the harsh Manila weather will be minimized. For South orders (Paranaque, Las Pinas, and Muntinlupa), we will be bringing the orders to our ATC branch and we will be dispatching from there once or twice a week depending on the demand of orders. Your order may arrive earlier or later than our lead time depending on the key factors mentioned.
  • What is your dispatching progress?
    A tracking link will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. Kindly please meet the rider immediately upon arrival to avoid delays for other customers as we do multiple drops per area.The rider will meet you at the lobby building or at the village gate if entry is restricted. An arrival notification will also be sent to you once the rider is within 500 meters within the drop off point.
  • Where do you deliver?
    Our coverage area is within Metro Manila.
  • Won't the gelato melt in transit?
    Our riders use a double wall insulated styrofoam with gel packs, this can mitigate the melting of gelato during the delivery. It is normal to observe melting on the sides and on the top portion of the gelato. We recommend immediately placing the gelato at the coldest section of the freezer (back/bottom - away from the door) for at least 2 to 4 hours.
  • Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
    We don't accept COD as we would like to exhaust all preventive measures that we can for social distancing. The options for payment are Paypal, BDO, BPI, Security Bank, and GCASH of which the details will be available upon check out.
  • Do you allow third party delivery such as Grab, Lalamove or Happy Move?
    Third party couriers will be allowed as long as they arrive at the pick up point with an insulated bag. You may choose this option when booking through their platform
  • Will I be notified if my order is ready for delivery or pick up?
    Yes! You will be notified via our third party software informing you of your delivery date deadline with your address link. We urge you to check the address PIN and update it corrently. We may deliver on/or before the said date. The notification on the delivery date helps us plot the routes of our riders on a daily basis. For pick up, we will inform you on when you can pick up your order.
  • How long can we store the gelato?
    Our gelato can last up to 6 months as long as you freeze it properly.
  • How do I properly freeze my gelato order?
    We suggest that you put it at the coldest section of your freezer, ideally at the back or at the bottom. We discourage putting it close to the freezer door as this can cause further ice crystallization which in return will affect the texture.
  • How many servings does a pint and half gallon have?
    A pint has 4 servings while a half gallon has 15 servings.
