Do you accept COD?
No, we only support cashless payments through our service provider, Paymongo.
When will I receieve my order?
1 to 3 working days, excluding Sunday.

Will the gelato become soft or melt during travel?
No, products are guaranteed frozen if making use of our inhouse courier.
Do you allow pick up?
Yes, you may personally pick up or use a third party courier (with insulated box) but we cannot guarantee it being frozen upon its arrival.
